President & Founder
Dr. Cui founded Univest Securities in November 1993 and has more than 29 years of
experience in the finance and investment industry. She led Univest Securities
successfully through the “tech bubble” in 2000 and the “sub-prime crisis” in 2008.
Now Univest Securities is a successful full service invest banking and trading firm.
Dr. Cui established AC Sunshine Securities with WBE and WOSB certificate in June
2021. AC Sunshine Securities has become a FINRA member since September 2022 with
investment banking, trading, financial management, and real estate syndication
activities. Dr. Cui graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Computer Science
& Technology in 1982; received MA in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan
University in 1988; and received a Doctoral Degree from Pace University in 2002. Dr.
Cui has Series 7, 24, 27, 53, 55, 63, 79 Registrations.
